Deposits and no-show protection work the way they should: a client books, a PayTo agreement is authorised in their banking app, and a no-show fee can be charged without storing card numbers or chasing invoices.
On marketplace platforms, your client list is the platform's asset — one major player charges $295 per month per location just to export your own data. On fairfee, your customer list, booking history and payment records export free, in standard formats, whenever you want. Leaving costs nothing, which is exactly why we have to be good.
